i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the breakfast had good choices and was surprisingly tasty.

the room i had was quite noisy. also, the lack of proper ventilation in the bathroom was not ideal, since a lot of steam accumulated there.

the staff helped me promptly with every request. my room was very clean and the bedding felt super fresh. the proximity to the metro station made travel around town simple.

the gym equipment could use some updating.

the room i booked advertised included slippers i did not find any this was a bit disappointing after a long day the shower temperature was also inconsistent going from hot to cold without warning it made showering a bit unpleasant the wardrobe was quite small it was not easy to store my clothes
